Go else where … I had an appointment set for 3pm on a Thursday. I called at 250 pm because I was running late. The man who answered the phone said that his team was leaving at 330 so suggested I reschedule. I asked what the earliest they had available was the next day. He said 7am. I showed up at 7am and was told they didn’t have either appointment in the system and that I would have to be seen as a walk in. I was made to wait over an hour and a half and my car never moved. I asked for my keys and went else where. Horrible customer service. At the very least set a realistic expectation.

SERIOUS SAFETY issue as they released me in a car that they forgot to put the lug nuts back on!!! Picture attached!! I came in for a routine tire repair due to a nail in my tire. I waited several hours for service, which I was completely fine with, but the experience that followed raised serious safety concerns. After being told my vehicle was ready, I later received a call from the store informing me that my wheel had been released without the lug nuts properly installed—only one lug nut was reportedly secured. I had already driven on the highway at approximately 50 mph and experienced noticeable wobbling while driving. This is a serious safety issue. A wheel that is not properly secured can result in loss of control or wheel detachment, and I was not informed of any issue until after I had already left the location. I immediately took my vehicle to Kia for inspection to ensure no damage occurred to the wheel, studs, or related components. I am sharing this experience so management and corporate are aware. I would strongly encourage this location to review its quality control and safety verification process before releasing vehicles to customers.

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with my vehicle. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. My van is running great, and I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

Their service is the best!! They took my car in right on time for my scheduled appointment. Vishal, the service manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant to greet you when you enter the door. He treats every customer like his friend. Chuck, the master mechanic, is amazing!! There is no issue with my 14 year old car with 300,000 miles that he has not been able to fix. Their prices are fair. Bring your car to them, you will not be sorry. I have not found a better mechanic or service manager anywhere else!!!

This Firestone has always been very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my son’s car in on a Saturday at the last minute to fix his brakes, which we really appreciated. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made the whole process easy. I’ve had consistently good experiences at this location and would recommend them.
